Millwork goes wrong in the gap between what was specified and what the building actually is. A profile chosen from a catalogue meets a wall that is out of square, a ceiling that is not level, and a floor that was laid to a different datum.

We close that gap with drawings. Elevations of every run, profiles drawn full size where it matters, and returns and terminations worked out on paper rather than improvised on a ladder.

If you are a builder, a designer or an architect, send us the set. We are used to being the trade whose work has to make everyone else's tolerances disappear, and we would rather find the conflicts at drawing stage than on site.

Our millwork goes into homes and cottages around Rosseau, Parry Sound and Midland, and across the wider Muskoka, Parry Sound and Georgian Bay area.

A large share is on water access properties. A millwork package that has to cross open water gets ordered once, cut to a schedule and staged, because there is no second trip for a short length of casing.

We give a build window we can actually hit and we tell you early if anything moves. Millwork is usually the item the painters, the flooring and the handover date are all waiting on.
